Candidates are successful here that come from a variety of hands-on backgrounds, including but not limited to construction, demolition, carpet cleaning, Food service, emergency services (EMS/firefighting) and skilled trades such as commercial cleaning, handy work, carpentry or property maintenance.
Technician/Laborer Requirements:


  • High school graduate or equivalent


  • Valid Driver’s License


  • Minimum 18 years of age


  • Background check and pre-employment drug screening


  • Physical Stamina

Technician/Laborer Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform restoration and cleanup tasks at various job sites including water/fire/smoke damage and mold remediation repair as directed. Tasks include water extraction, content pack-out, removing/disposing of non-salvageable materials, debris removal, cleanup, detail cleaning, light construction and demolition.


  • Adhere to safety standards for materials removal.    


  • Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and team members.


  • Accurately document work, including using mobile software and job tracking systems as well as physical forms.



  • Operate restoration tools and equipment with care.


  • Maintain organized job sites and a professional company image.


  • Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
