Receptionist | Administrative Assistant
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet customers, vendors, and visitors entering the office
- Assist with customer intake and job creation
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars as needed
- Maintain accurate customer and job records
- Assist with data entry and document management
- Support office staff with administrative and clerical tasks
- Monitor and distribute incoming emails, mail, and deliveries
- Assist with filing, scanning, copying, and organizing office documents
- Maintain office supplies and notify management of inventory needs
- Provide exceptional customer service while handling sensitive and often stressful customer situations
- Assist with storm response activities and increased call volumes during emergency events
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information
- Minimum 1 year of administrative, receptionist, customer service, or office support experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in restoration, construction, insurance, or service industries preferred
- Ability to successfully pass a background check
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to push, pull, lift, and move office materials as needed
- Ability to operate standard office equipment including computers, phones, printers, and scanners
- Full-time position, in-person at SERVPRO of Lake Geneva
- Typical schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
- Additional hours and storm assistance may be required during emergency response events
- Fast-paced office environment supporting restoration, cleaning, and construction operations
- Frequent interaction with customers experiencing property damage and emergency situations
- Health insurance is not currently offered

- Candidates must be comfortable answering phones throughout the day and handling multiple priorities at once
