What You’ll Own (Core Responsibilities)
- Multi-division leadership: Oversee Production (Mitigation), Construction Services, Office/Admin, and Marketing execution through your leaders.
- Annual planning + KPIs: Build the annual business plan, align goals, and manage execution through dashboards/measures (KPMs).
- Financial leadership: Develop and manage budgets, forecast performance, and protect profit margin.
- Operating rhythm: Run managers’ meetings, set priorities, and ensure accountability across departments.
- Storm & large loss leadership: Direct operations during storm events and large loss events (resource coordination, execution, customer outcomes).
- Client & customer experience: Ensure exceptional experience and protect brand reputation (COIs, key accounts, NPS-type outcomes).
- People leadership: Coach division managers, build bench strength, recruit/develop leaders, and drive performance management.
- Compliance & risk: Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and appropriate insurance coverages.
- Significant restoration industry management experience (mitigation + job file/documentation + operational execution)
- Operations leadership at the OPS Manager level or higher (multi-team, WIP management cadence, resource coordination, performance management)
- Experience running operational rhythms (WIP, production management, quality controls, staffing/training) consistent with senior ops leadership in restoration
- Strong financial acumen: budgeting, job costing awareness, margin protection, and accountability systems
- Valid driver’s license; comfortable traveling between locations in MA/NH
- Prior SERVPRO leadership experience (or similar platforms: Belfor, Paul Davis, ServiceMaster, ATI, PuroClean, etc.)
- IICRC certifications (WRT/ASD a plus)
- Multi-unit leadership experience (more than one branch/location)
- Highly visible senior leadership role with real operational authority
- Strong support team and established brand presence across MA/NH
