Job sites across Massachusetts & New Hampshire (local travel required)

- Lead day-to-day mitigation production across multiple job sites (water, fire/smoke, mold, disaster events)
- Build, train, and retain a high-performing field team (crew chiefs/leads, technicians, PMs; plus temps during surge/storm events)
- Ensure jobs are executed to SERVPRO / IICRC standards for quality, documentation, and safety
- Drive strong customer/client communication and job-site professionalism
- Coordinate daily scheduling/dispatch with office and project managers to maximize efficiency and response time
- Maintain readiness: equipment condition, warehouse organization, inventory levels, and vehicle readiness
- Coach performance via field visits, job checks, ride-alongs, biweekly 1:1s, training plans, and career paths
Required Qualifications

3+ years restoration/mitigation industry experience (required) — water / fire / mold

5+ years people leadership/management experience

IICRC certifications: WRT and ASD (required) (Master designation a plus)
- Proven ability to build and lead teams (training, accountability, performance management)
- Strong operational discipline: scheduling, quality control, safety, documentation, equipment readiness
- Comfortable working in the field daily (significant time on job sites)
- Solid computer skills; comfortable using industry systems and training platforms (documentation systems, LMS, etc.)
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience leading storm response / surge staffing
- Track record developing technicians into crew chiefs/leads
