- Prepare for onboarding sessions, coordinating with training staff to support class facilitation and training events, and managing accurate training and safety documentation.
- Ensure clear communication with the Training Supervisor on all onboarding statuses
- Collaborate active participation in professional and personal development, and a commitment to a welcoming onboarding experience across all settings.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires following offer acceptance through Day One.
- Coordinate new hire orientations.
- Ensure completion of required onboarding paperwork and compliance tasks.
- Enroll new hires in required training courses
- Track completion of onboarding and compliance training
- Flexibility is essential, as the role also encompasses recurring and ad hoc tasks to meet evolving business needs
- Superb communication and relationship building skills, with ability to professionally interact with SERVPRO employees and vendors.
- Ability to multi‐task, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to learn new software and adapt to new programs.
- Capability to work in a fast‐paced, team‐oriented office & field crew.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements
This is a full‐time position working 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, requiring regular and reliable onsite attendance. Travel, including overnight travel, is required for this position. This position may require longer hours and some flexibility in hours may be needed, depending upon the business needs. Position will require periodic visits to Franchise location(s) outside of Employee’s standard work location.
