Contents Cleaning & Pack-Out Supervisor
SERVPRO of South Frisco
SERVPRO of South Frisco is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Contents Cleaning & Pack-Out Supervisor to lead and oversee contents restoration operations on residential and commercial loss sites. This role is responsible for supervising contents technicians, managing pack-outs and pack-backs, ensuring proper cleaning and inventory of customer belongings, and upholding SERVPRO’s high standards for quality, safety, and customer care.
Key Responsibilities
Contents Operations
- Supervise and coordinate contents jobs including pack-outs, cleaning, storage, and pack-backs
- Evaluate damaged contents and determine appropriate cleaning and restoration methods
- Ensure accurate inventory, labeling, documentation, and photo records
- Oversee on-site and off-site contents cleaning, deodorization, and storage procedures
- Ensure all contents are handled carefully and returned in pre-loss condition whenever possible
Team Leadership
- Lead, train, and mentor contents technicians
- Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity, job progress, and timelines
- Ensure compliance with SERVPRO standards, safety protocols, and company policies
- Communicate expectations clearly and provide coaching and performance feedback
Customer Service
- Communicate professionally and empathetically with customers during stressful situations
- Explain contents handling, cleaning, and restoration processes clearly
- Maintain a positive and professional SERVPRO brand presence on every job site
Documentation & Compliance
- Complete job documentation accurately and on time (inventories, job notes, photos)
- Coordinate with production managers, office staff, and insurance adjusters
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and IICRC guidelines when applicable
Safety & Equipment
- Enforce safety procedures and proper use of PPE
- Maintain contents cleaning equipment, vehicles, and storage areas
- Report equipment issues, damages, or safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience in contents restoration, moving, warehousing, or cleaning preferred
- Prior supervisory or team leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move contents up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable using mobile apps, inventory systems, and basic computer software
