Job Description: 
The Project Manager (PM) leads our mitigation operations and drives revenue through consultative selling. You will inspect, scope, and estimate projects; convert opportunities into signed projects; and ensure our crews deliver exceptional customer outcomes on time, safely, and profitably.
 
 
Base + Commission:
Competitive base salary + performance based incentives (commission/bonus) tied to revenue, margin, closing ratio, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities 

Sales & Revenue Growth (Primary) 
·        Conduct on site inspections, develop scopes of work, and prepare accurate estimates. 
·        Close projects from your inspections by presenting clear solutions, setting expectations, and earning trust. 
·        Maintain a high closing ratio on assigned leads and self generated opportunities. 
·        Partner with Business Development to maximize revenue, margin, and customer retention. 
·        Own the follow through: ensure deposits, authorizations, and job files are complete to start work promptly. 
·        Operations & Delivery 
·        Manage the customer experience end to end; set clear scope, timeline, and communication cadence. 
·        Schedule and coordinate crews, equipment, and vendors for efficient job execution. 
·        Oversee job cost control (labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors) and change orders. 
·        Ensure safety, risk management, and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. 
·        Review job documentation (photos, moisture logs, tech notes) and audit for completeness and quality. 
·        People & Leadership 
·        Recruit, train, coach, and develop Restoration Supervisors and Technicians; model our Core Values daily. 
·        Set priorities, remove roadblocks, and recognize wins. 
·        Foster a learning culture—be teachable, give/receive feedback, and drive continuous improvement. 
·        Administration & Communication 
·        Communicate clearly with customers, adjusters, property managers, and internal stakeholders. 
·        Produce timely reports on pipeline, revenue, margin, cycle time, and customer satisfaction. 
 
Qualifications:
·       3+ years in restoration, construction, or field operations; 1+ year in people leadership. 
·       Proven consultative sales track record—comfortable presenting solutions and closing. 
·       Proficiency with estimating and job management software (e.g., Xactimate). 
·       Strong communication, negotiation, planning, and problem solving skills. 
·       IICRC certifications preferred (WRT, ASD, AMRT); OSHA 10/30 a plus. 
·       Valid driver’s license; ability to work an on call rotation when needed. 
·       Ability to successfully complete a Servpro required background check and drug test subject to applicable law.

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
  • Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat
  • Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing
  • Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights
  • Must be available to work a rotating on-call schedule
