People: Hire, coach, and performance-manage PMs and field teams; build bench strength and elasticize capacity for large scale events.

Operations: Standardize professional and efficient operating procedures.

Scheduling/Dispatch: Align crews/equipment; manage on-call; ensure rapid response.

Financials: Own job gross margin, labor/equipment utilization, materials, and billing readiness.

Quality/Compliance: IICRC/OSHA/Carrier standards met on every job; safety-first culture.

Customers/Carriers: Proactive communication with property owners, adjusters, and program partners. Drive 5-star Google reviews.

5+ years restoration mitigation experience and 2+ years leading PMs/field teams.

IICRC WRT required; ASD preferred (FSRT/AMRT a plus).

Xactimate proficiency (scope, sketch, line items, documentation).
- Valid driver’s license; able to travel between NH and MA.
- Predictable schedules; cycle time down and WIP clean. Stable and adequate production staff capacity.

Gross margin at target; rework minimized.

Documentation (logs, photos, signatures) billing-ready within 48 hours of completion.
- Safety/compliance incidents: zero. Facilities organized, neat and all equipment/vehicles operational
