Key Responsibilities
  • Steward company culture improvement thru HR actions
  • Identify HR trends that could affect organizational objectives and/or operational goals
  • Manage and solve employee relations issue(some complex) with support of our HR consulting group 
  • Manage HR administrative support to senior leadership and franchise employees
  • Fulfill all hiring needs through a comprehensive and robust recruiting program
  • Ensure and maintain compliant employment files and records accuracy (e.g. W-4, I-9, Direct Deposit, etc.)
  • Contribute to 90-day and annual reviews with all franchise employee
  • Oversee payroll accuracy including timecards, labor allocations, commission pay, and wage garnishments
  • Manage benefits programs in a manner that ensures cost effectiveness, market competitiveness, and internal equity among employees
  • Interpret appropriate laws and policies and advise management and franchise employees
  • Oversee W-2 with reconciliation and year-end processing
  • Oversee apprenticeship program - St of TN
  • Oversee performance improvement program

Position Requirements
·       Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field
·       3-5 years of overall business experience as an HR Generalist
·       PHR/SPHR/SHRM certifications preferred
·       Experience leading effective performance management systems and practices
·       Demonstrated strength in effective recruitment, communication, and collaboration
·       Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
