Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Respond to client inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide a positive experience throughout their restoration journey.
  • Claims Process Management: Oversee claims, track progress, ensure compliance with deadlines, and manage job documentation in real-time.
  • Operational Support: Work with the Production Manager to manage service scheduling and coordinate with subcontractors.
  • Finance and Accounting Support: Process invoices, support accounts receivable, and track customer payments using QuickBooks.
  • On-Call Support: Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support, offering variety and the chance to respond to urgent customer needs.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED (college degree preferred).
  • Valid driver’s license and the ability to pass pre-employment screenings
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in restoration, scheduling, or logistics is a plus!
  • A passion for providing best-in-class customer service.
