Key Responsibilities
- Build an industry leading sales team through effective recruitment, retention, and employee development.
- Train and coach sales representatives on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to increase revenue and market share.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and other sales tactics.
- Prospecting and securing new commercial accounts through leads, cold calling, and sales presentations.
- Conduct market research by identifying customer needs and monitor industry trends to create more effective strategies.
- Develop effective advertising and promotion strategies to maximize company profits.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date account data and reporting in Salesforce.
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay current on market trends and competitive landscape.
- Execute timely response to Large Commercial Losses.
- 5+ years' “Commercial Sales” experience, including significant experience in strategic sales operations planning in a B2B high-growth sales environment.
- Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent with focus in Business/Finance or related business field.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationships, collaboration among Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Product, Technology and Customer Service teams at different levels.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM software preferably Salesforce.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, strong collaboration skills, and a drive for continuous professional growth.
- Ability to travel and valid Driver's License.
- Regional travel required.
- Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
- Experience in the cleaning, restoration, construction, or insurance industry is preferred.
