Servpro is hiring a Commercial Sales Manager
 
The ideal candidate is responsible to introduce and promote Servpro services in Northern NV.  As a Servpro representative, you will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining daily and long-term sales goals. Train, mentor, and develop new and existing sales staff in proper sales methods, processes, communication skills, and procedures necessary to accomplish consistent service standards and sales growth. 


Key Responsibilities
  •          Build an industry leading sales team through effective recruitment, retention, and employee development. 
  •          Train and coach sales representatives on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
  •          Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to increase revenue and market share.
  •          Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and other sales tactics.
  •          Prospecting and securing new commercial accounts through leads, cold calling, and sales presentations. 
  •          Conduct market research by identifying customer needs and monitor industry trends to create more effective strategies.
  •          Develop effective advertising and promotion strategies to maximize company profits. 
  •          Maintain accurate and up-to-date account data and reporting in Salesforce. 
  •          Attend industry events and conferences to stay current on market trends and competitive landscape. 
  •          Execute timely response to Large Commercial Losses. 

 Position Requirements
  • 5+ years' “Commercial Sales” experience, including significant experience in strategic sales operations planning in a B2B high-growth sales environment. 
  • Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent with focus in Business/Finance or related business field.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build strong customer relationships, collaboration among Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Product, Technology and Customer Service teams at different levels.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM software preferably Salesforce
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, strong collaboration skills, and a drive for continuous professional growth. 
  • Ability to travel and valid Driver's License.
  • Regional travel required. 
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
  • Experience in the cleaning, restoration, construction, or insurance industry is preferred.
