Are you a skilled restoration technician with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in water or mold remediation? Are you looking for a company that will invest in your future, help you grow your career, and recognize your hard work?

- Work alongside experienced team members in mold remediation, water mitigation, and indoor air quality projects
- Learn job site management, scope execution, and safety standards under IICRC S500 and S520
- Assist with equipment setup, demo work, HEPA vac and antimicrobial protocols
- Maintain job documentation, photos, and cleanliness of equipment and vehicles
- Help ensure jobs are completed to the “Standard of Clean” and build strong customer relationships
- 2–3 years of experience in water/mold restoration or construction
- Must be reliable, on time, and ready to learn and grow
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in crawlspaces, attics, and confined spaces
- Experience with IICRC WRT / ASD is a plus – we will help you get certified if not
- PPE
- Gloves (leather, nitrile, or coated cloth depending on application)
- Safety Glasses or Goggles
- Half Face respirators
- Poly Spun “Tyvek” style suits with hood and foot protection
