At Paul Davis Restoration, we are a leader in property damage emergency services, and we’re seeking a dedicated Facilities and Fleet Supervisor to help manage and maintain our facilities, fleet, and equipment.
What You’ll Do:
- Champion and promote the vision and values of Paul Davis throughout your work
- Oversee inventory, tracking, and monitoring of company assets, including fleet, equipment, small tools, etc.
- Manage vendor accounts, including pricing and ordering for equipment, materials, and consumable supplies
- Supervise the safety, security, and organization of the campuses and facilities, ensuring they meet "Best in Class" standards
- Ensure vehicles, equipment, and facilities receive scheduled preventative maintenance
- Collaborate in the oversight of health and safety compliance
- Provide after-hours support as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in facilities and/or fleet management
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required
- Proficient with computers and able to type 40+ words per minute
- Experience with Excel to create and manage spreadsheets
- Knowledge of building systems and asset management for inventory, maintenance, and repairs
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
