Pack-out Mover/Driver and Helper
Want a hands-on role where your work and you're valued? ServiceMaster TEAM is hiring a Pack-out Mover/Driver and overall Helper for our DFW mitigation team.
We are a full-service restoration company dedicated to helping customers through the restoration process. In this role, you will work alongside our team members to assist customers with moving their furniture and other personal belongings to and from our storage facility while reconstruction is being completed in their homes and properties. When moves are not scheduled, you will assist other departments with various tasks both inside and outside our facility, as needed, including providing support during emergency restoration losses.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of care and professionalism with the customer and customer's belongings
- Disassemble, wrap, and protect customer's belongings and furniture following fire and/or water losses and load them on and off of vehicles for transportation to and from the home to our storage facility.
- Aid in performing cleaning/deodorization of structures along with moving of contents, as required.
- Promote the highest level of attention to company's safety processes
- Document any pre-existing conditions on customer's belongings prior to wrapping and/or moving.
- Safely operate company vehicles while keeping them neat and orderly
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Mandatory participation in after-hours on-call rotation every 3-4 weeks, as needed. (nights and weekends)
Requirements
- Valid TX driver's license
- Ability to lift at minimum 50lbs on a regular basis with no limitations
- Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
- Good customer service skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be able to pass a background check

Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
