Now Hiring: Assistant Janitorial Manager

Pay: $23.00 per hour + Mile reimbursement

Schedule: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Flexibility is required to accommodate operational needs.(some weekends as need it)

Location: Albuquerque, Rio Rancho & Santa Fe, NM

Position Overview

We are looking for a dependable, experienced, and motivated Assistant Janitorial Manager to support our cleaning operations across multiple customer locations in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and Santa Fe.

The ideal candidate will have previous management experience, preferably in the janitorial or commercial cleaning industry. This individual must be bilingual in English and Spanish, have reliable personal transportation, and be comfortable traveling between locations to oversee daily operations and support employees.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular building inspections to ensure cleaning standards and client expectations are consistently met.
Identify and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
Follow up on client requests, concerns, and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure all buildings are properly maintained and stocked with necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.
Monitor employee performance and ensure cleaning duties are completed correctly and on schedule.
Provide guidance, support, and direction to cleaning staff.
Help maintain consistent service quality across all assigned locations.
Assist with daily operations and address staffing or facility needs as they arise.

Requirements

Previous management or supervisory experience is required.
Experience in the janitorial or commercial cleaning industry is strongly preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
Must have reliable personal transportation.
Ability to travel between Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and Santa Fe.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations.
Must be flexible with scheduling to meet operational needs.
