The Construction Coordinator is the customer’s main point of contact on reconstruction projects. You’ll help identify project requirements and specifications, keep projects organized from start to finish, and support the Project Managers and the rest of the team. If you’re self-motivated and organized, and you have strong customer service skills, you could thrive in this role!

The Construction Coordinator is the customer’s main point of contact on reconstruction projects. You’ll help identify project requirements and specifications, keep projects organized from start to finish, and support the Project Managers and the rest of the team. If you’re self-motivated and organized, and you have strong customer service skills, you could thrive in this role!
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly and promptly with customers and project stakeholders
- Track daily project status, audits, and work-in-progress
- Create preliminary estimates using estimating software
- Review and validate job site documentation
- Work closely with Project Managers to keep project documentation thorough and accurate from beginning to end
- Assist other departments as needed
Position Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- At least 1 year of customer service and/or office experience
- Restoration or construction industry experience highly preferred
- Able to multitask and stay detail-oriented
- Comfortable with computer applications used in an office environment
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
