About the Role:
Rainbow Restoration of West Mesa is looking for an experienced Lead Fire and Water Restoration Technician to join our growing team in Mesa, AZ. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll make a real difference — helping families and businesses recover and rebuild after some of their most challenging moments. Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise restoration crews on fire, water, and smoke damage job sites
- Perform water extraction, structural drying, and moisture mapping using industry-standard equipment
- Execute fire and smoke damage cleanup, deodorization, and content restoration
- Operate and monitor drying equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, and thermal imaging tools
- Document job progress, moisture readings, and scope of work for insurance and project records
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and insurance adjusters
- Ensure job sites meet IICRC standards and company quality benchmarks
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in fire and water damage restoration
- IICRC certification (WRT, FSRT, or equivalent) preferred
- Proven ability to lead a crew and manage multiple restoration projects simultaneously
- Proficiency with restoration equipment including extractors, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work on-call, including nights and weekends for emergency response
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude

Compensation: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
