  • Ensure accurate documentation, photographs, labeling, and inventory tracking of all contents.
  • Manage cleaning and restoration processes for furniture, electronics, textiles, and other personal belongings.
  • Identify salvageable and non-salvageable items and ensure proper documentation.
  • Maintain organized and secure warehouse storage areas.
  • Ensure proper procedures are followed to prevent lost, damaged, or misplaced items.

  • Communicate professionally with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and other involved parties.
  • Provide regular project updates and address customer questions or concerns.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure customers' personal belongings are treated with respect and care.

What We're Looking For

We need someone who takes initiative, holds their team accountable, and doesn't wait to be told what needs to be done.

This position requires someone who can lead by example, make decisions, solve problems, and keep the department moving forward.
