About the Role:
SERVPRO of Sevier, Jefferson & Cocke Counties is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HVAC Duct Cleaning Technician to join our growing team in Kodak, TN. This is a hands-on role where you'll make a real difference in the air quality and comfort of homes and businesses across our community. Responsibilities:
- Inspect, clean, and restore residential and commercial HVAC duct systems using industry-standard equipment
- Operate dual motor multi stage portable units, rotary brushes, and high-powered vacuums to remove debris, dust, and contaminants
- Identify and document system deficiencies, damage, or areas of concern for customers and supervisors
- Perform sanitization and deodorization treatments to ductwork and HVAC components
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site, explaining services and answering questions
- Maintain, clean, and properly store all tools and equipment after each job
- Complete job documentation, checklists, and reports accurately and in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Prior experience in HVAC, duct cleaning, or a related trade preferred but not required — we will train the right candidate
- Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, crawlspaces, and at heights
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
