Billing Process Specialist

Enterprise Construction Group is looking for a Billing Process Specialist to join our team and support our billing and invoicing operations. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who understands billing processes and is comfortable working with QuickBooks, must speak english & Spanish

The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish, have strong communication skills, and be able to manage billing-related tasks accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities

Process and manage customer invoices and billing documentation.
Enter, review, and maintain financial information in QuickBooks.
Monitor billing processes to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
Review invoices for accuracy and resolve discrepancies when necessary.
Maintain organized billing and financial records.
Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal team members regarding billing matters.
Follow up on outstanding invoices and billing-related issues.
Assist with general administrative and accounting tasks as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling financial information.

Qualifications

Experience with billing processes, invoicing, or accounts receivable.
Working knowledge of QuickBooks.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Construction industry or accounting experience is a plus.
