Job Responsibilities
- Perform professional cleaning services, including carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, floor scrubbing, stripping, waxing, and buffing.
- Assist with water damage restoration and emergency service calls as needed, including after-hours or urgent response situations.
- Properly operate, clean, and maintain company equipment, tools, and cleaning machinery.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and properly stocked company vehicle and warehouse.
- Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and chemicals, ensuring proper use, storage, and handling.
- Complete daily reports regarding vehicle condition, maintenance needs, chemical usage, and any damaged or malfunctioning equipment.
- Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and established cleaning and restoration standards.
- Provide professional, courteous, and dependable service to customers while representing COIT positively.
- Assist team members with job preparation, setup, cleanup, and other duties as needed.
- Safely lift and carry up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, kneeling, and moving equipment.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and a responsible driving record.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-service-oriented attitude.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to follow instructions, maintain accurate records, and communicate equipment or vehicle issues promptly.
- Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and operate equipment after appropriate training.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting up to 75 pounds.
- Willingness to assist with emergency calls and changing job schedules as business needs require.
