Special Projects Lead Cleaner – Full-Time

Location: Ventura
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
Weekends: As needed
Pay: $22.00 per hour, depending on experience

Job Description
We are currently hiring a Special Projects Lead Cleaner to join our team! We are looking for a dependable and experienced cleaning professional with strong leadership skills and experience in commercial cleaning and floor care.
Responsibilities

Lead and perform special cleaning projects at various locations.
Perform detailed commercial cleaning, including deep cleaning and floor care.
Perform carpet cleaning and other specialized cleaning tasks.
Assist with training and guiding team members during special projects.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards.
Travel between different job sites as needed.
Work independently while providing leadership and support to the cleaning team.

Requirements
Previous commercial cleaning experience required.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Valid driver's license .
Clean driving record .
Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to different job sites.
Ability to work independently and lead a team.
Must be able to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.

Hiring Bonus

Eligible employees can earn up to a $500 hiring bonus! The bonus is paid out as follows:

$100 on your first paycheck
$150 after 30 days of employment
$250 after 90 days of employment
