About the Role
· Establish ServiceMaster by Neverman as a preferred restoration partner within targeted commercial verticals.
· Develop deep relationships with property managers, community association leaders, facility teams, owners, senior living operators, and other decision-makers.
· Create pre-loss relationships and emergency response opportunities that convert into profitable restoration revenue.
· Maintain consistent field activity, prospecting, networking, and account follow-up.
· Use CRM data and measurable sales activity to manage the pipeline and improve conversion.
· Represent the company professionally at association events, trade shows, educational programs, and community functions.
· Research the marketplace, ServiceMaster capabilities, target accounts, competitors, and relevant industry trends.
· Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts, decision-makers, and referral partners within assigned verticals and territories.
· Build account plans and execute disciplined follow-up to move prospects from introduction to relationship to opportunity.
· Understand operational risks and service expectations, including rapid response, communication, resident sensitivity, and business continuity.
· Create account-specific pre-loss plans, site relationships, educational touchpoints, and emergency response readiness opportunities.
· Conduct site visits, discovery meetings, account reviews, Lunch & Learns, continuing education programs, and co-marketing events that create value and uncover opportunities.
· Understand facilities, priorities, vendor requirements, emergency procedures, and restoration needs before a loss occurs.
· Coordinate internally to ensure promising accounts receive responsive follow-up, accurate capabilities information, and a consistent client experience.
· Target approximately 50 meaningful client and prospect connections per week across face-to-face, phone, digital, and networking channels.
· Schedule at least 3 qualified discovery/probe meetings per week and maintain a goal of 25 face-to-face interactions per week.
· Document sales activity, account notes, opportunities, and follow-up actions in the company CRM on a timely basis.
· Attend industry and networking events regularly, including approximately 2–4 evening functions per month as business needs require.
· Represent ServiceMaster by Neverman at trade shows, golf outings, sponsorships, educational events, and other relationship-building opportunities.
· Identify cross-division opportunities and connect clients with the appropriate ServiceMaster by Neverman capabilities.
· Maintain ownership of the sales process from prospect identification through relationship development, opportunity creation, handoff, and ongoing account stewardship.
· Use the company CRM to manage prospects, accounts, contacts, activities, opportunities, and next steps.
· Review pipeline, activity levels, opportunities, and results with sales leadership regularly.
· Participate in sales coaching, training, and continuous learning.
· Commercial property, restoration, facilities, senior living, insurance, construction, or related B2B experience preferred, but not required.
· Demonstrated ability to prospect, develop relationships, manage a sales pipeline, and generate new business.
· Experience using a CRM to document activity and manage sales opportunities preferred.
· Personable, professional, polished, and positive with strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Results-driven, self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field while collaborating with a team.
· Strategic approach to territory planning, account prioritization, and relationship development.
· Comfortable networking, presenting, facilitating educational sessions, and building relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email, and common business technology.
· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned market.
· Ability to attend occasional evening events, trade shows, golf outings, and community functions.
