Construction Manager / Restoration Project Manager

As a trusted provider of disaster restoration and reconstruction services, we are there when property owners need us most. We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager / Restoration Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from planning through completion.
This is a hands-on leadership position for an experienced construction professional who can manage multiple projects, lead subcontractors and crews, control costs, maintain schedules, and take ownership of results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction and restoration projects from pre-construction through final closeout
- Oversee daily jobsite operations, subcontractors, crews, and vendors
- Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor costs, approve change orders, and track project profitability
- Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, applicable building codes, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Conduct jobsite meetings, inspections, and project progress reviews
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively to keep projects moving and on schedule
- Coordinate materials, equipment, labor, and multiple trades for restoration and reconstruction projects
- Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate project status to appropriate stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in construction management, reconstruction, project management, or construction supervision
- Experience with insurance restoration, disaster recovery, residential construction, or commercial construction preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, scopes of work, and construction specifications
- Working knowledge of OSHA requirements and construction safety practices
- Proven ability to manage multiple trades, projects, priorities, and fast-moving timelines
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred
- OSHA, PMP, or CCM certification is a plus

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Work is performed at active residential and commercial construction sites
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on project requirements
