- Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks to assist the office team
- Coordinate crew and job scheduling
- Perform detailed and accurate data entry
- Process and verify invoices, billings, travel vouchers, and purchase orders
- Assist with accounts payable review and data entry, account reconciliations, and journal entries
- Support payroll processing and maintain payroll records
- Help prepare documentation for audits or monitors
- Provide clerical support for financial reports and systems
- Process accounts receivable/deposits and updates reports
- Process contractor payment requests/new vendors/budget requests
- Performs related work as assigned
- High school diploma/GED (preferred)
- Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
