Restoration Technician
Must be willing and able to work a VARIABLE SCHEDULE: Includes working overtime, weekends, and being on a rotating on-call schedule.
- Communicate with home/business owners to secure service contracts.
- Job site inspection, determine scope of the work to be performed (water, fire, mold, temporary repairs, etc).
- Set up drying equipment per IICRC standard
- Collect building diagnostics and enter into project management software
- Remove and dispose of non-salvageable items as needed
- Document and prepare documentation in project management software pertaining to the loss: contracts, pictures, sketching, daily reports.
- Communicate with management and admins to report project status, updates, issues or concerns.
- Full-time Restoration Technician
- Experience preferred
- $18-$25 / hour depending on experience
- Medical Benefits - 1st of month following 60 days

- Company vehicle provided — picked up at the shop daily for travel to job sites and returned to the shop at the end of each workday.
- IICRC Certifications Preferred (not required)
- Willing to learn

- High school or equivalent
- Able to lift 50 LBS
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have a clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Since starting in 1972, the IICRC has evolved into a global organization with more than 49,000 active Certified Technicians and more than 6,500 Certified Firms around the world.
The IICRC is managed by its Board of Directors, which is composed of 15 industry leaders elected by the IICRC’s Shareholders. The Board of Directors’ function is to represent the various interests of the applicants while leading the direction of the organization. The Board of Directors meets four times per year and is tasked with the responsibility of helping shape future policies of the organization and uphold the standards that help shape the industry.
