Pay: $20.00 per hour
Opening hours: Monday through Friday, 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM
Availability and flexibility are required, as occasionally it may be necessary to cover shifts outside of regular hours.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support cleaning teams in different locations
- Verify that buildings meet company cleanliness standards
- Train and mentor new and current employees
- Perform quality inspections and follow up on any issues
- Support with cleaning tasks when needed
- Maintain effective communication with employees, customers, and management
- Help coordinate daily activities to ensure work is completed correctly
Requirements
- Speak English and Spanish (preferred)
- Previous experience as a supervisor, team leader, or in a similar position
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Responsible, organized and with good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
