About the Opportunity:
We are a growing water damage, mold remediation, and property restoration company serving Southwest Florida, and we are looking for an exceptional Office Administrator / Customer Service Coordinator to become a key member of our team.
- Answer incoming telephone calls professionally and promptly.
- Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing customers.
- Ask the appropriate questions to qualify new leads and service calls.
- Schedule new inspections and restoration projects.
- Maintain and actively manage the company’s daily and weekly job schedule.
- Coordinate technicians, field management, appointments, job monitoring, and customer access.
- Help prioritize emergency calls and time-sensitive projects.
- Track jobs from the initial customer call through completion.
- Follow up with customers regarding appointments and job progress.
- Maintain accurate customer and job information in company software.
- Enter and update customer records and job notes.
- Maintain organized electronic records and documentation.
- Assist with emails, correspondence, spreadsheets, reports, and other administrative tasks.
- Monitor company email and help ensure important communications receive timely responses.
- Assist management with additional administrative and operational responsibilities as needed.
The ideal candidate is someone who is extremely organized and takes pride in staying on top of the details.
You should be comfortable having several things happening at the same time. The phone may be ringing, a technician may need information, a customer may have a question, and a new emergency job may need to be added to the schedule — all at once.
