Contents Supervisor Valencia

Contents Supervisor

Full Time • Valencia
What This Role Is

At Paul Davis, we restore people’s homes, businesses, and peace of mind after some of the most difficult events in their lives.
We're looking for an experienced Contents Supervisor to help lead our Contents Division by overseeing pack-outs, cleaning operations, inventory management, storage, and project execution while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This is not a position for someone who simply manages warehouse activities or directs moving crews. We're looking for someone who understands contents restoration, organization, documentation, customer service, and operational excellence. Someone who takes pride in maintaining clean, organized workspaces, pays close attention to detail, and understands that every item entrusted to us represents something important to our customers.

You will oversee residential and commercial contents projects involving pack-outs, inventory, cleaning, storage, pack-backs, specialty contents, and total-loss documentation. You will help ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and professionally while maintaining complete documentation and maximizing project profitability.

As our company continues to grow, this role will help establish department standards, mentor technicians, improve operational processes, and provide leadership within the Contents Division. This position offers a clear path toward future leadership opportunities as the department continues to expand.

What You'll Be Responsible For (Job Responsibilities)

  • Assist in managing residential and commercial contents projects from initial inspection through final pack-back or disposition.
  • Perform detailed field inspections to evaluate contents damage and develop restoration strategies.
  • Develop complete scopes of work for pack-outs, cleaning, storage, specialty restoration, and pack-back operations.
  • Prepare and review contents estimates utilizing Xactimate and Contents Track while ensuring scopes accurately reflect field conditions.
  • Identify and pursue supplemental opportunities throughout the contents restoration process.
  • Build trust and confidence with customers through professionalism, communication, and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Oversee pack-outs, inventorying, cleaning, storage, pack-backs, and total-loss documentation while ensuring quality standards are maintained.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records utilizing Contents Track and company documentation procedures.
  • Ensure customer belongings are handled safely, professionally, and with the highest level of care.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Contents Technicians while maintaining accountability for quality, organization, productivity, and customer service.
  • Coordinate project schedules, warehouse activities, transportation logistics, and labor resources.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and efficient warehouse, storage, and processing areas.
  • Partner closely with Mitigation, Reconstruction, Accounting, and Administrative teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Communicate professionally with adjusters, customers, vendors, specialty restoration partners, and subcontractors.
  • Drive exceptional customer satisfaction throughout every contents project.
  • Lead by example with ownership, accountability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Represent Paul Davis professionally throughout every interaction.
