ServiceMaster by Timeless is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and hands-on Contents Coordinator to oversee and manage residential and commercial contents restoration projects. This role is responsible for handling soft contents, hard contents, pack-outs, inventory management, cleaning operations, and customer service throughout the restoration process.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in contents restoration, familiarity with Esporta Wash Systems and ContentsTrack software, and the ability to lead teams while maintaining high-quality service standards.
- Coordinate and manage contents pack-outs, inventories, transportation, storage, and pack-backs for restoration projects.
- Properly document, label, photograph, and track customer belongings using ContentsTrack software.
- Assess damaged items and determine appropriate cleaning methods, restoration potential, or replacement needs.
- Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas for contents and customer belongings.
- Ensure accurate chain of custody and inventory control throughout all projects.
- Operate the Esporta Wash System for restoration cleaning of textiles and soft goods.
- Wash, dry, fold, iron, and properly package clothing and fabrics.
- Identify garments and textiles that require professional dry cleaning or specialty treatment.
- Follow textile restoration protocols for smoke, fire, water, mold, and biohazard losses.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of laundry and soft contents processing areas.
- Clean, deodorize, sanitize, and restore hard contents using approved restoration methods and products.
- Handle electronics, furniture, kitchenware, artwork, and other household or commercial contents with care.
- Utilize ultrasonic cleaning equipment and specialty cleaning techniques when required.
- Ensure restored contents meet company quality standards before pack-back.
- Communicate professionally with customers, adjusters, vendors, and internal team members.
- Provide updates and documentation to management regarding project progress and customer concerns.
- Maintain a positive and professional customer experience during stressful restoration situations.
- Maintain accurate job documentation, inventories, and reports in ContentsTrack and company systems.
- Monitor supplies, equipment maintenance, and inventory levels.
- Follow OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols.
- Ensure all company workspaces are maintained in a clean and operational condition.
- Experience in contents restoration, pack-outs, or restoration cleaning preferred.
- Knowledge of soft contents and hard contents restoration procedures.
- Experience operating an Esporta Wash System preferred.
- Proficiency with ContentsTrack software or similar inventory systems.
- Ability to distinguish between washable items and garments requiring dry cleaning or specialty care.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to lift, move, and pack contents safely.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
- IICRC certifications are a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in warehouse and field environments.
- Comfortable working around cleaning chemicals, damaged contents, and restoration environments.
- Experience with fire, water, and mold restoration contents processing.
- Leadership and team coordination experience.
- Attention to detail and strong inventory accuracy.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
