About the Role:

Rainbow International Of Cincinnati is looking for a hardworking and dependable General Laborer to join our property restoration team in Cold Spring, KY. This is a hands-on role where you'll make a real difference by helping homeowners and businesses recover from damage and get back on their feet. Responsibilities:

Assist with water, fire, and storm damage restoration projects at residential and commercial properties
Perform debris removal, demolition, and site cleanup as directed by crew leads
Set up and operate drying equipment, dehumidifiers, and air movers
Support mold remediation and structural drying processes
Load and unload equipment, materials, and supplies from company vehicles
Follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines on all job sites
Communicate professionally with customers and team members on-site

Requirements:

No prior restoration experience required — on-the-job training provided
Ability to perform physical labor including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Comfortable working in varying conditions including wet, dusty, or confined spaces
IICRC certification or restoration experience is a plus but not required

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
