Construction Craftsman / Property Restoration Technician
Location: Shreveport-Bossier City, LA
We're Not Looking for Average Construction Workers.
We're building one of the most organized and professional property restoration and reconstruction teams in Louisiana.

What You'll Do
No two days are the same.
Our crews complete a variety of residential and commercial projects including:
- Property Make Ready services
- Punch list repairs
- Drywall repair and finishing
- Texture matching
- Interior painting
- Trim installation
- Door and hardware installation
- Flooring repairs
- Cabinet adjustments and repairs
- Light plumbing and electrical fixture replacement
- Demolition
- Water damage reconstruction
- General carpentry
- Job site preparation and cleanup
Our crews work from fully equipped company vehicles and organized trailers with professional-grade Milwaukee tools and equipment.
What We're Looking For
We're searching for dependable team members who take pride in doing things the right way.
You should have experience in several of the following:
- Carpentry
- Drywall installation and repair
- Texture matching

Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Able to lift 75+ pounds
- Comfortable using power tools
- Pass background check

Our Hiring Process
This position is not hired based solely on a résumé.
Qualified applicants will complete a hands-on skills assessment in our warehouse where you'll demonstrate your abilities by performing real-world repairs such as drywall, texture, painting, trim, carpentry, and general repair work using professional tools and equipment.
We hire based on craftsmanship, attitude, work ethic, cleanliness, organization, and problem-solving—not just years of experience.
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on experience and demonstrated skill.
Opportunities for advancement into Lead Technician and Foreman positions are available for individuals who consistently demonstrate leadership, professionalism, and exceptional workmanship.

Compensation: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
