- Perform water extraction, demolition, debris removal, cleaning, and restoration services.
- Set up, monitor, and maintain drying and restoration equipment.
- Document job progress using company software and mobile technology.
- Load, maintain, and organize company vehicles, equipment, and materials.
- Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and management.
- Follow all SERVPRO procedures and safety standards.
- Participate in rotating on-call schedules for emergency response.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Construction, restoration, demolition, or general labor experience is preferred but not required.
- IICRC certifications are a plus (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, climb, and reach throughout the workday.
- Work in confined spaces such as crawl spaces, attics, and basements.
- Safely climb ladders and work at varying heights.
- Work indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
- Perform repetitive physical tasks for extended periods.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators when necessary.
- Safely operate company vehicles, equipment, and restoration tools.
