Our company provides paid continuing education in restoration and full-time employment.
We also provide a strong benefits package, including:

Starting pay is $21.00-$26.00. On-Call Bonuses for weeknights & weekends. After-hours job bonus for new losses after-hours. Pay is based on those that bring applicable experience/education.
In addition to your hourly rate, there are several ways our technicians increase their overall earnings:
- $250 per on-call rotation week (paid regardless of call volume)
- $100 per secured after hours water loss that turns into a full-service job
- On-call rotation is every 3 weeks, with the option to take additional weeks
Depending on call volume, technicians typically earn an additional $250 (no emergency calls)–$650 (4 emergency calls) during their on-call weeks. The average is 1-2 per week.
When you factor in these bonuses, technicians in similar roles commonly earn in the $55,000 (26.45/hr) – $65,000 ($31.25/hr) range annually, with higher earnings possible as they gain experience and take on more responsibility.
We are looking for individuals who have:
- Valid Driver License
- No more than 2 infractions in the last 3 years
- Can pass a background check
- Can pass a drug screening
Beyond the compensation itself, there is real opportunity for growth here. Team members who develop their skills, gain additional certifications, and take ownership of larger or more complex jobs consistently increase both their responsibility and their earnings over time.
We’ve built this structure to reward performance and create long-term opportunity—not just short-term hourly pay.
