- Manage reconstruction projects from authorization through completion.
- Review estimates, scopes, plans, and project requirements.
- Develop schedules and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, materials, permits, and inspections.
- Conduct jobsite visits and communicate regularly with customers.
- Monitor project budgets, costs, revenue, and gross profit.
- Review subcontractor bids and negotiate pricing.
- Identify cost overruns and take corrective action.
- Manage change orders and insurance supplements.
- Review subcontractor and vendor invoices.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and financial information.
- Resolve customer and jobsite issues.
- Ensure projects meet company quality standards.
- Drive projects through completion, billing, collection, and closeout.
