Drywaller & General Repairs Technician
Phase Two Construction is seeking a dependable, skilled Drywaller & General Repairs Technician to join our growing team. We specialize in residential and commercial repair, remodeling, and restoration projects and are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Hang, tape, mud, finish, and sand drywall
- Match and blend existing textures
- Complete drywall repairs resulting from remodeling, restoration, and insurance-loss projects
- Perform general carpentry and punch-list repairs
- Install trim, doors, baseboards, and molding
- Paint and perform touch-up work as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, and team members
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of drywall installation and finishing experience preferred
- Experience with general residential construction repairs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
- Basic hand and power tools preferred
