PAUL DAVIS RESTORATION Grande Prairie is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to support daily office operations and help ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the restoration process.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to project managers and field staff.
- Answer phones, manage customer inquiries, visitor reception and schedule appointments.
- Maintain project files, documentation, and company records.
- Conduct customer follow-up and quality assurance calls.
- Track customer satisfaction and address concerns as needed.
- Assist with invoicing, data entry, and general office administration.
- Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, subcontractors, and insurance partners.
Qualifications
- Previous office administration or customer service experience.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with data, metrics, and performance reporting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance is considered an asset.
- Experience with RMS, Xactimate, Encircle, QuickBooks Online, or similar software is an asset
