Salary: $20.00 per hour
Opening hours: Monday to Friday, from 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM
Flexibility is required, as it may occasionally be necessary to cover schedules outside of the regular shift.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support cleaning teams in multiple locations
- Ensure buildings are cleaned according to company standards
- Train and mentor new and current employees
- Perform quality inspections and follow up on any issues
- Assist with cleaning tasks when needed
- Maintain effective communication between staff, customers, and management
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous experience as a supervisor or team leader
- Commercial Cleaning Experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Excellent work ethic and attention to detail
