At Paul Davis Restoration of Southeastern Wisconsin & Northern Illinois, we don't just restore properties, we restore lives. We're looking for a  Restoration Estimator who thrives on problem-solving, technology, and supporting teams behind the scenes to help deliver exceptional results for our customers.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys a blend of technology, construction, estimating support, documentation management, and field-based technical services. You'll work closely with our Sales, Production, and Leadership teams to provide the technical expertise that helps projects move efficiently from start to finish.


What You'll Do
  • Write and review estimates for mitigation and reconstruction projects using Xactimate.
  • Create sketches, scopes of work, and supporting project documentation.
  • Utilize Matterport, Hover, Beacon 3D+, and other technologies to collect project data.
  • Support Project Managers and Sales teams with estimate development and revisions.
  • Ensure estimates are accurate, complete, and aligned with company standards.
  • Maintain project documentation and support compliance requirements.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license 
  • Strong computer and technology skills 
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities 
  • Customer-focused mindset 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities 
  • Willingness to learn new software, tools, and industry practices 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in restoration, construction, estimating, or a related field 
  • Familiarity with Xactimate, Symbility, Matterport, Hover, RMS, or similar platforms 
  • Building construction knowledge 
  • College degree or relevant industry experience 
  • IICRC certifications or willingness to obtain them
