As a Contents Manager, you’ll lead a dedicated team that helps people in your community recover after a disaster. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives on teamwork, and finds purpose in making a positive difference in others’ lives.
Job Responsibilites
- Make a difference for people whose homes or businesses have been affected by disaster
- Complete projects on time and on budget while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Communicate with empathy, urgency, and professionalism through modern technology
- Oversee all aspects of pack-outs, cleaning, digital inventory, and storage of contents
- Ensure accurate documentation using industry software
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and inventory integrity
- Supervise and train contents technicians to meet IICRC standards
- Maintain communication with internal teams, customers, quality assurance, and insurance adjusters
- Prepare estimates per carrier guidelines for pack-outs, content cleaning, pack-backs, and restoration

Compensation and Benefits
- Annual Salary: $48,000 – $52,000 (based on experience and certifications)

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Contents Manager or Contents Lead in restoration
- Strong knowledge of pack-out procedures, inventory tracking, and claims documentation
- Experience with Xactimate software (a plus)
- Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and overtime when needed
