About the Role:
Join our dedicated team at SERVPRO of Douglasville/Carrollton/Troup-Coweta Counties as a Restoration Technician in Macon, GA. This exciting role offers the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those affected by water and fire damage while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform water extraction and structural drying using industry-standard equipment.
- Conduct fire damage restoration and smoke odor removal.
- Document job progress and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and understanding of services.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in inventory management and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience in restoration, construction, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
