We provide paid training, hands-on support, and a clear path to earning industry-recognized certifications. What You'll Do:

Perform cleaning and restoration services in residential and commercial properties
Water extraction and structural drying assistance
Content cleaning and pack-out services
Demolition and debris removal when required
Operate restoration equipment
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Deliver exceptional customer service during difficult situations

We're Looking For People Who:

Have experience in cleaning, janitorial services, facilities maintenance, housekeeping, property maintenance, or related fields
Show up on time and ready to work
Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Can work independently and as part of a team
Are physically capable of lifting, moving equipment, and working in a fast-paced environment
Take pride in quality workmanship
Possess problem-solving skills

Requirements

Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Must pass a background check
Must pass a drug screening
Ability to lift 35 pounds regularly
Ability to work occasional overtime and emergency response situations
