About the Role:
Join SERVPRO of Douglasville/Carrollton/Troup-Coweta Counties as a Restoration Project Technician in Villa Rica, GA. Be part of a dedicated team that helps restore homes and businesses after disasters, providing peace of mind to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform water extraction and drying processes to restore properties.
- Work to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Document and report on project progress and customer interactions.
- Utilize specialized equipment for cleaning and restoration tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with customers about the restoration process.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for restoration projects.
- Adhere to industry standards and company policies for quality service.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in restoration or construction preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
- Knowledge of safety practices and protocols in restoration work.
