Starting at $18–$20 per hour, based on experience and qualifications, with opportunities for advancement and increased earnings through training and certifications.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in water, fire, and mold damage restoration projects.
- Perform cleanup and restoration tasks in residential and commercial properties.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
- Document work performed and report any issues to supervisors.
- Utilize equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in restoration or construction is a plus.
- Must be available for flexible work hours, including weekends.
