Join Restoration 1 of Mt Pocono as a Construction Foreman in Olyphant, PA, where you will lead our dedicated team in restoring properties to their former glory. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and laborers to ensure high-quality work.
- Conduct site inspections and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and budgets.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and professionally.
- Train and mentor team members to foster a collaborative and skilled workforce.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations throughout the construction process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a construction foreman or similar role in the restoration industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and projects.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to job sites as needed.
- Certification in construction management or related field is a plus.
