- Respond to emergency service calls for water, fire, mold, storm, and other property damage
- Inspect and evaluate affected areas
- Load and prepare vehicles with the equipment and materials needed for each project
- Set up containment areas and install drying equipment, air movers, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers
- Perform water extraction, structural drying, demolition, debris removal, cleaning, deodorization, and mold remediation
- Monitor equipment and document drying progress
- Complete daily documentation, photos, moisture readings, and job notes
- Maintain clean, organized company vehicles, equipment, warehouse, and work areas
- Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, supervisors, adjusters, and subcontractors
- Follow SERVPRO standards, IICRC procedures, and all safety guidelines
- Participate in ongoing training and certification programs
- Perform other duties as assigned

- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience in restoration, construction, demolition, maintenance, cleaning, or a related trade
- IICRC certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally lift up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Walk, stand, bend, kneel, squat, crawl, and climb throughout the workday
- Work on ladders and at elevated heights
- Work in attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas
- Push, pull, and move restoration equipment
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including respirators when required
- Safely operate company vehicles and restoration equipment
- Wet, humid, hot, or cold environments
- Dust, smoke, soot, mold, and airborne particles
- Loud equipment and machinery
- Cleaning agents and restoration chemicals
- Emergency response situations
- After-hours, weekend, or on-call work as needed
