A fast-growing plumbing and water mitigation company, is seeking a dependable and experienced Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated professional who can handle a variety of plumbing tasks and has familiarity with water mitigation services. This is a field-based role requiring someone who can work independently and take initiative on job sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform residential and light commercial plumbing repairs, installations, and troubleshooting
- Respond to plumbing emergencies and water damage mitigation calls
- Diagnose issues and propose appropriate repair or replacement options
- Collaborate with customers, team members, and project managers to complete jobs efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours logged
- Follow all safety and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on plumbing experience
- Must have own vehicle capable of transporting tools and materials
- Must have own plumbing tools and equipment
- Familiarity with water damage restoration and mitigation techniques is a plus
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Licensed or certified plumber (as required by local/state regulations)
- IICRC certification in water restoration (preferred but not required)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
