Restoration 1 is currently hiring experienced Finish Carpenters to help restore homes after water, mold, and fire damage cleanup and demolition have been completed. This is an existing open position within our company — we are not expanding our team at this time.
Core Job Duties
• Replace drywall, trim (baseboard, crown molding, casing, etc.), doors, flooring, cabinets, insulation, and paint
• Provide excellent customer service
• Communicate professionally with clients, team members, management, and the public
• Demonstrate dependability and efficient work practices
• Follow all established procedures and safety guidelines
• Complete assigned projects within established timeframes
• Ensure projects are completed to the customer’s satisfaction

Requirements & Preferences
• Valid driver’s license with no major violations (OMVI, reckless driving, etc.)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test
• Experience in finish carpentry
• Strong communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Basic plumbing and electrical experience preferred, but not required

Compensation & Benefits
We believe in investing in our employees. Pay ranges from $16–$21/hour depending on experience.
