• Generate new business opportunities through in-person visits, networking, follow-up calls, and community outreach
• Respond quickly to incoming leads and customer requests
• Educate clients on restoration services and project processes
• Track activity, opportunities, and accounts using company sales tools and CRM systems
• Represent the company professionally in the field and at industry events
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure strong customer experience and communication
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Sales experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate
• Comfortable with prospecting and developing new business
• Professional appearance and reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to use mobile technology, tablets, and CRM software
• First-year earning potential: approximately $60,000 – $140,000+ depending on performance
• Company vehicle or vehicle allowance after training
