SERVPRO of Quincy & Hannibal is a trusted leader in cleaning, restoration, and emergency services. We help businesses and facilities maintain clean, safe, and professional environments. We are looking for dependable and hardworking Janitorial Cleaners to join our growing team.
The Janitorial Cleaner is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in commercial buildings and facilities. This position includes evening, overnight, and after-hours cleaning assignments. Candidates must be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Restock cleaning and restroom supplies
- Follow company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Secure buildings after completing after-hours cleaning assignments
- Report maintenance or repair needs to supervisors
- Maintain professional appearance and customer service standards
- Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and after-hours shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Dependable transportation and reliable attendance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
